Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy Update

We are updating our Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. The updates will take effect on December 15, 2025.

Key changes:

1. We have clarified the provisions regarding the use of ANYDESK Free for consumers, aligned our terms with recent changes in EU dispute resolution legislation, and introduced an option to test the paid license free of charge for a limited period.
2. We have updated the provisions on performance and services to reflect recent legislative and judicial developments, including requirements arising from current case law, the EU Data Act, and the Digital Services Act.
3. We have clarified user rights and usage restrictions for the ANYDESK Software by consolidating the respective rights and obligations.
4. We have reflected current international developments by introducing export control provisions.
5. We have made formal and structural changes to improve clarity and consistency throughout the Terms & Conditions.
6. Our Service Level Agreements have been updated to make clear what level of service is available for each type of license.
7. Our Privacy Policy has been updated, in particular to improve readability and transparency. It now provides more detailed information on our data processing activities. The policy includes an updated list of service providers and details on data we receive from integration partners. It also provides clarification that data processing related to our social media pages is now covered in a dedicated Social Media Privacy Policy.
