Your Onboarding Experience with AnyDesk

Step-by-step start

After purchasing an AnyDesk license, you will receive an email with your login credentials. If you can't find the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder.

Before using AnyDesk, make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to run the software. You can find a checklist here.

After you've made sure your system meets the minimum requirements, download and install the AnyDesk client on your device.

Using the credentials you've received by email, log in to my.anydesk.com. Then, go to the License tab. That's where you will find your license key. Copy your key, open the AnyDesk client, and paste it to the Change License Key field. You can find a detailed step-by-step guide on how to do that here.

In some instances, the firewall may have to be modified to allow AnyDesk to establish connections. If that's your case, follow this guide to whitelist AnyDesk from your firewall.
