Features for improved
Structure users into User Groups and Sub-Groups categorising them into departments and teams to reflect your organization’s structure. Assign specific User Roles to match responsibilities.
Your account data is now tied to an individual User Account instead of to your device for more convenience. Use your account to sign into my.anydesk II and the Windows Client.
You can import Users Accounts and Roles into my.anydesk II from your Active Directory through LDAP. LDAP allows user data to be synched between the Active Directory and my.AnyDesk.
my.anydesk II now supports IDP. Allow users to automatically sign into their User Account via IDP without manual input, and benefit from an easier onboarding and offboarding.
my.AnyDesk Permission Sets
Define what users can view or edit on my.anydesk II. Allow your accountings team to view invoices by assigning the corresponding permission to an accounting-specific User Role.
Implicit Clients are now licence-independent and require an Account login. With the new Force-Login-Client, users are always obligated to log into AnyDesk with their User Account.
Enterprises are now able to set domains within their business. Only employees who are part of the Organisation can actually login through the Organisation Domain.
Custom Client Generator
You are now able to preset and define Session Permission Profiles for individual Clients within the Custom Client Generator even before the Client is being rolled out.
Personal Address Book
User receive a Personal Address Book on my.anydesk II and the Client which is linked to their individual User Account. The Address Book is always updated across both platforms.
